Individual coaching is $150 per one hour session with a minimum of three sessions. Personal growth takes time and personal investment. The leader can expect homework and participate in a “coaching loop” to aid in effective communication and accountability.
Organization coaching is $250 per session with a minimum of four sessions. Managing change for an organizational is complex and requires an investment of time by key leaders. There must be a commitment to change by recognizing when norms within the organization fail to produce the desired outcomes. Moving beyond tradition and preferred ways of being is necessary for organizations to change trajectory and recover from a pattern of decline.
A combination of individual and organization coaching is the most effective way to bring about organization reorientation. A one year contract is $1,500 where the church and pastor each receive four sessions, once per quarter to accomplish identified goals for growth and organization reorientation.
